Carson Hamilton '26
President & Co-Founder
Hi everyone! I’m a junior from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I’m majoring in Business Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I serve as the President of the Rice Real Estate Club and bring valuable experience from my internship at Lovett Industrial. I’m passionate about educating students on real estate and helping them secure internships and full-time positions in the industry.
In my free time, I enjoy playing rugby on the Rice rugby team. I am looking forward to an exciting year ahead, filled with growth and success for the Rice Real Estate Club.

Paul Gregory '26
External VP & Co-Founder
Hi! I'm Paul Gregory, a junior at Lovett College, originally from Grand Rapids, MI. I'm majoring in Business with a concentration in Finance and minoring in Cinema & Media Studies. Through my internships at Turner & Townsend and Lovett Commercial, I've gained valuable experience that I bring to my role as the External Vice President of the Rice Real Estate Club. I'm passionate about exchanging knowledge to build a strong community and helping students prepare for the job market.

Ayan Panjwani '27

Hi! My name is Ayan Panjwani, and I am a rising Sophomore majoring in Business Finance with minors in Data Science and Entrepreneurship. I have always been deeply passionate about real estate and am thrilled to serve as the Corporate Relations Head for RRES this year. I am excited to contribute to our club's growth and success!

Hi! I’m Madu, a junior at Sid Richardson College. I’m originally from São Paulo, Brazil, but I lived in Switzerland before moving to Houston. I’m majoring in Managerial Economics with minors in Statistics and Environmental Studies. I’ve interned at Greystar and Realterm, where I gained experience in industrial, multifamily, and real estate development. I’m very excited to serve as the Internal Vice President of the club and oversee the member-club relationship this year!

I’m currently a Junior here at Rice, though I’m originally from Manhattan, NY. As of now, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business (Management) and Psychology.
During my free time, I avidly enjoy connecting with others who hold similar passions for real estate, volunteering with ACEing Autism, and taking photos of my two cats, Zeus and Spring!

Financial Manager
Hi everyone! I'm Danny Choi, a senior from Dallas, TX, majoring in Business Finance and Asian Studies. My experience includes working at a real estate brokerage, development firm, and a private equity firm in South Korea.
I'm passionate about improving the communities around me, and I'm excited to serve as the Financial Manager for the club this year!

Hi everyone! My name is Krish Puri. I’m a sophomore from San Antonio, TX, currently pursuing a double major in Business-Finance and Economics. I bring experience from my time as a brokerage intern for Partners Real Estate and as a development intern for a boutique CRE firm. I am excited to serve as the Training Program Director for RURES!
