My name is Lucca Cristiano, and I'm a junior majoring in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I've gained hands-on experience through multiple internships in commercial real estate, most recently with JPMorgan in New York City. I'm also the co-founder of SBS Capital, a small CRE investment firm focused on value-add projects in the Houston market. Over the past two years, I've held several leadership roles within the Rice Undergraduate Real Estate Society, and I'm now honored to serve as its president. In this role, I'm committed to driving growth and implementing transformative initiatives in the coming semesters that will give students more real-world exposure and better prepare them for potential carrers in commercial real estate.
